Upon successful payment, you receive immediate digital access to the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ license package purchased, including access credentials, onboarding materials, and (where applicable) the Legacy Builders Program license, community access, and any bonuses included at the time of purchase. This immediate digital delivery constitutes full fulfillment of the seller's service obligation.
Purchase of the Legacy Builders Program tier featured on this site involves a separate, one-time admin fee paid directly into the Legacy Builders Program's own Kajabi-based system, which independently issues your Legacy Builders course/community login. That transaction is governed by Legacy Builders' own refund and fulfillment terms, not this Policy — see the Third-Party Products & Independence Disclaimer in our Terms & Conditions.
Access to the central FFE Skool community is delivered via an automated email and SMS invitation upon your qualifying purchase clearing. This is a practical "instant automated invite," subject to the residual manual-review gaps described in the Master Blueprint (email-mismatch resolution, approval review, and revocation on refund).
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access granted upon payment described above, Adam Chamsine maintains a strict no-refund policy without exception, consistent with Founder-set Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ commercial policy.
Digital Delivery Clause: Upon payment, you receive immediate access to FFE programs and digital assets. This constitutes full fulfillment of the service obligation described above. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this and waive any right to a refund.
The only exception is a verified duplicate charge caused by a billing error. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge for resolution.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting [email protected] results in immediate and permanent termination of all access to FFE programs and community resources purchased here. This is non-reversible. Adam Chamsine reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback amounts plus fees and legal costs.
Neither Adam Chamsine nor Adam Chamsine is liable for any failure or delay in delivery or fulfillment resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including platform outages (GoHighLevel, Skool, Stripe, Kajabi), internet disruptions, government actions, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events. No such event entitles any customer to a refund.
