Last Updated: August 30, 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Customer," or "Prospective Ambassador") and Adam Chamsine ("Freedom Ambassador"), an independently licensed operator within the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ ("FFE"), with a registered business address at 2013 Overton Park Dr, Prosper, TX 75078.
Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™, its brand, systems, and all underlying intellectual property are owned exclusively by Adam Chamsine, Founder of FFE ("Founder"). Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership interest in that intellectual property to the Freedom Ambassador or to you.
By accessing this website, any FFE funnel, community, course, or digital asset offered here — or by making any payment through this Freedom Ambassador's checkout — you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, cease all access immediately.
Acceptance occurs through: (a) clicking an "I Agree" checkbox at checkout; (b) continuing to use any page or community on this site after these Terms are displayed; or (c) completing any purchase. Use of any FFE system constitutes full acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access any FFE program, community, or offer on this site.
These Terms may be updated at any time to reflect current, Founder-set Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ policy. The current version will always be posted at this web address. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
The Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ brand, licensing structure, and intellectual property terms of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, reflecting the Founder's Texas-based operations. Disputes concerning FFE's brand or intellectual property shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
For matters specific to your direct purchase transaction with this Freedom Ambassador, applicable state law and venue shall be that of the Freedom Ambassador's registered business address set forth above. You irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue as described in this section.
Adam Chamsine is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property comprising the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™, including:
Any derivative work, improvement, or adaptation created by a Freedom Ambassador using FFE materials, systems, or confidential information — whether alone or in collaboration — is the exclusive property of Adam Chamsine. Freedom Ambassadors assign all rights in any such work to Adam Chamsine upon creation.
No license, right, or interest in any FFE intellectual property is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. The only rights granted are those expressly stated in the White-Label License Scope section below.
Subject to this Agreement and full compliance at all times, Adam Chamsine grants each approved Freedom Ambassador a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use approved FFE materials solely for the purpose of operating their own authorized FFE Ambassador business.
The GoHighLevel Snapshot, its funnel pages (including the Opt-In Capture Page, Masterclass Bridge Page, Offer & Review Page, and this Legal Hub), email and SMS sequences, workflows, automations, calendars, and every other technical asset deployed into a Freedom Ambassador's account upon licensing (collectively, the "Snapshot Assets") are licensed for use solely inside that Freedom Ambassador's own individually licensed FFE sub-account.
A Freedom Ambassador may not, under any circumstance:
Every incoming Freedom Ambassador receives their own copy of the Snapshot Assets directly through FFE's own onboarding and Snapshot-deployment process, provisioned automatically into their own GoHighLevel sub-account. No Freedom Ambassador is authorized to be the source of another Ambassador's Snapshot deployment.
Adam Chamsine retains full, exclusive, and unilateral authority over all aspects of the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ at all times, including: products and programs approved for use within FFE; pricing, positioning, and messaging; funnel and brand asset design; community structure and membership; commission structures; and all onboarding and operational processes.
The Founder may, at any time and at sole discretion, add, remove, replace, pause, discontinue, or restructure any digital product, program, funnel, bonus, training, tool recommendation, or offer within FFE — including the Legacy Builders Program or any other third-party program.
The Legacy Builders Program is one optional product inside FFE — it is not the identity of the ecosystem. Its inclusion, exclusion, or modification does not alter the validity of this Agreement or entitle any Freedom Ambassador or customer to a refund or compensation.
No Freedom Ambassador has any vested interest, entitlement, or claim to any specific product, bonus, or income stream remaining available inside FFE.
Adam Chamsine holds exclusive authority to set, adjust, or modify pricing of any product or service within FFE. Unauthorized pricing modifications by a Freedom Ambassador constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
The Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ and FFE™ trademarks, trade names, and all associated umbrella-brand domains and social handles are the exclusive property of Adam Chamsine, reserved for Founder use only. This is separate from — and does not restrict — a Freedom Ambassador's own personal domains (such as their Primary Authority Domain and Freedom Marketing Domain) used to operate their licensed FFE Ambassador business, provided those domains do not themselves contain a reserved brand asset below.
No Freedom Ambassador, licensee, or third party may register, claim, or use — in any jurisdiction or platform — without express written authorization from Adam Chamsine:
As a Freedom Ambassador, you will have access to proprietary, non-public information belonging to Adam Chamsine ("Confidential Information"), including:
You agree to: (a) keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential; (b) use it solely to operate your authorized FFE Ambassador business; (c) not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent; (d) take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of your Ambassador relationship indefinitely. FFE systems and methods constitute protectable trade secrets under Texas law.
During your active Ambassador relationship and for 12 months following termination for any reason, you agree not to use FFE Confidential Information, materials, or proprietary systems to build, launch, or promote a competing digital franchise, business-in-a-box, or white-label ecosystem substantially similar to FFE in structure, delivery, or positioning.
This restriction does not prohibit other online business activities that do not rely on FFE's proprietary materials or Confidential Information.
Adam Chamsine may immediately suspend, revoke, or terminate any Freedom Ambassador's license and access — without prior notice and without refund — for:
Upon termination, the Freedom Ambassador must immediately: (a) cease all use of FFE materials and brand assets; (b) remove all FFE funnels and pages from any platform they control; (c) cease representing themselves as an FFE Freedom Ambassador; (d) delete or destroy all copies of FFE Confidential Information and Snapshot Assets; (e) comply with additional takedown instructions from Adam Chamsine within 48 hours of receipt.
Initiating a chargeback results in immediate and permanent revocation of all access. Reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances. FFE and the Freedom Ambassador each reserve the right to pursue recovery of all chargeback amounts plus fees and legal costs.
The relationship between Adam Chamsine and any Freedom Ambassador is strictly that of licensor and licensee. Nothing in this Agreement creates or implies:
Adam Chamsine and/or Freedom Ambassadors may earn affiliate commissions from tools and programs recommended within FFE, including GoHighLevel, GoDaddy, Skool, and the Legacy Builders Program. These are affiliate relationships. Recommendations are based on genuine use and belief in the product's value.
Adam Chamsine offers done-for-you (DFY) setup services and private one-on-one coaching programs directly through Adam Chamsine's own Skool community and classroom. When a Freedom Ambassador refers their own community member and that member purchases a DFY service or coaching program through Adam Chamsine's classroom, the referring Freedom Ambassador earns a twenty percent (20%) referral commission on that sale. This is a material connection disclosed under FTC guidelines. These purchases are processed through the applicable platform's own payment system, are fulfilled solely by Adam Chamsine, and are governed by the Refund & Fulfillment Policy applicable to that separate purchase.
FFE recommends third-party platforms as part of its ecosystem. Neither Adam Chamsine nor any Freedom Ambassador has control over, and neither is responsible for, the availability, pricing, functionality, or reliability of any third-party platform. Changes to any tool — including price increases or discontinuation — do not entitle any Freedom Ambassador or customer to a refund.
FFE utilizes AI tools to generate content, prompts, copy, and automation logic. AI-generated content is a productivity tool only. Neither Adam Chamsine nor this Freedom Ambassador makes any warranties about the accuracy or legal compliance of AI-generated outputs. Each Freedom Ambassador is solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance of any AI-generated content they publish.
Adam Chamsine, the Freedom Franchise Ecosystem™ ("FFE"), and this Freedom Ambassador operate completely independently from any second-party or third-party digital product creator, software provider, or educational program provider whose products, licenses, or programs are marketed, promoted, or sold through this site (each, a "Third-Party Program"). No corporate affiliation, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment relationship of any kind exists with any such Third-Party Program.
This includes, without limitation, the Legacy Builders Program and any other digital educational program, course, license, or software product offered for sale through this site or the broader FFE platform.
With respect to the Legacy Builders Program and any other Third-Party Program made available through this site, this Freedom Ambassador acts strictly and solely as an independent reseller or license distributor. Neither FFE nor this Freedom Ambassador owns, authors, controls, operates, or manages the underlying Third-Party Program, its curriculum, its technology, or its business operations.
Any purchase of a Third-Party Program constitutes a transaction between the buyer and that Third-Party Program's own parent company or creator — for the Legacy Builders Program, its license/product portal (Kajabi) and public-facing presenter (Michelle) — subject to that party's own separate terms, licensing conditions, and policies, which the buyer is encouraged to review independently prior to purchase.
The purchase of an educational product, course, or digital license — including the Legacy Builders Program — is strictly a self-study asset. Purchase of a Third-Party Program does not, under any circumstance, entitle the buyer to any custom technical labor, website or funnel design, software integration, deployment work, or ongoing one-on-one coaching from this Freedom Ambassador, FFE, or Adam Chamsine.
Any done-for-you (DFY) setup package, technical configuration service, or personal coaching program is a wholly separate and independent service agreement, governed by its own distinct scope of work, fee structure, deliverables, and boundaries, and must be purchased separately from any Third-Party Program license.
Neither FFE, Adam Chamsine, nor this Freedom Ambassador makes any warranty — express or implied — regarding the uptime, availability, functionality, content, curriculum changes, corporate policies, pricing changes, or business practices of any Third-Party Program or its parent company, including without limitation the Legacy Builders Program and its parent creators.
None of the foregoing parties controls, or is responsible for, any modification, discontinuation, outage, or policy change made by a Third-Party Program's parent company at any time, before or after a buyer's purchase. Buyer's sole recourse for any dispute, service failure, or dissatisfaction arising from a Third-Party Program lies with that program's own parent company.
Neither Adam Chamsine nor this Freedom Ambassador shall be liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including platform outages (GoHighLevel, Skool, Stripe), internet disruptions, government actions, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events. No such event entitles any Freedom Ambassador or customer to a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Adam Chamsine and this Freedom Ambassador, individually or together, to any user or customer shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that individual through this site in the 30 days preceding the claim. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adam Chamsine and this Freedom Ambassador from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of FFE systems or materials; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your marketing or sales activities; (d) any content you create or distribute; (e) your failure to comply with applicable laws or FTC requirements.
All participants in the FFE Skool community agree to abide by community rules published by Adam Chamsine. The Founder reserves the right to remove or ban any member at sole discretion for disruptive, harmful, or off-brand conduct.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you, this Freedom Ambassador, and (with respect to FFE brand and intellectual property matters) Adam Chamsine, and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
